Executive Program: “Contracting and Management of Public Works”

Public Works Contracting faces new challenges due to the new legislation that generalizes the design-build model, but also due to the requirements of the execution of contracts financed by the PRR. The executive program of APMEP – Portuguese Association of Public Markets “Contracting and Management of Public Works” is coordinated by Professors Luís Valadares Tavares and Miguel Catela, including BAS partner Marco Real Martins as a professor.
