Our partner Marco Real Martins spoke on the first day of the IV Conference on Public Procurement Law, participating in the panel on “Impediments, causes for exclusion, qualification.”
The conference, which took place on 1 and 2 October 2024, was organised by the ICJP—Institute of Legal and Political Sciences and the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre.
