Environmental Law

BAS’s lawyers have been active in the area of ​​Environmental Law, particularly in the water and waste sectors, directly monitoring multi-municipal or municipal systems at all levels of their operation.

The Environmental Law team has gained experience in the administrative monitoring of licensing requests and their respective processing, particularly in the implementation of projects, as well as in the contentious monitoring of environmental infraction proceedings, both in the administrative and judicial phases. Furthermore, it has handled administrative litigation arising from challenges to administrative acts carried out within administrative procedures aimed at obtaining administrative licenses and environmental impact statements.

Furthermore, it has provided support to public entities in matters relating to environmental law.
