BAS provides specialized advice on the acquisition and sale of real estate, the preparation of housing licensing processes, as well as participation in multidisciplinary teams for the design and implementation of real estate projects (commercial and industrial) and urban rehabilitation, ensuring – in coordination with the lawyers who are part of the Banking and Finance Law area – advice regarding the financing, creation and support for the management of real estate investment funds.

The lawyers who are part of this practice area also advise on matters of commercial leasing and property management.
This practice area also frequently involves lawyers from the administrative law practice area, with experience in planning, urban planning and the environment.
